Appendix A – Flash Upgrade

Your modem is controlled by semi-permanent firmware, which is stored in flash memory. Multi-Tech's firmware is

nonvolatile; that is, it remains stored in memory when the modem is turned off and can be upgraded as new features

are added.

Multi-Tech's Flash Wizard can be downloaded from Multi-Tech’s FTP site and is available on the MT5634IND CD.

Use this Flash Wizard for upgrading your firmware. Documentation for using the Flash Wizard is included with the

wizard.
